What counts as an email? +
Every email successfully handed off to the recipient's server — outbound or inbound. Bounces, spam-blocked, and test sends do not count.
What happens if I exceed my plan? +
We never pause your sending. Extra emails are billed at the rate shown on your plan card (from $1.00 down to $0.30 per thousand depending on tier).
Will my contacts follow me if I migrate from another tool? +
Yes. Our import wizard auto-detects exports from Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, or any CSV. Consent history is preserved.
Is there a commitment? +
None. Pay monthly, cancel in one click. If you pick yearly billing (−20%), you're refunded pro-rata on cancellation.
